The Sports Club of West Bloomfields’ unique space enables your trainer to use every part of the fitness room for a fun and challenging workout that, session to session, will always be different. Our double flight of stairs, running track, and functional fitness area are perfect for interval workouts. By using the battle ropes, kettlebells, heavy bags, and medicine balls, your muscles will always be confused! We have enough cardio machines and weight equipment to keep you from waiting in line and on task!
