As Group Exercise and Fitness Director, Eileen has been helping clients and members reach their potential, achieve a goal, and feel better for over 30 years. During that time, fitness fads have come, and some of them thankfully, are gone. Her years of experience give Eileen the ability to offer the most sound, safe and functional environment for all of our members.
