Our hot yoga room features FAR infrared heat and the group fitness schedule has over 50 classes, free to fitness members. We have personal training, massage therapy, adult and children sports programs and so much more!
Our mission is to teach our junior tennis players how to develop their skills and improve their game. We have 2 paths a student can take, each one according to their personal goals.
We offer “in-house” programs for all levels: competitive leagues for men and women of all levels, adult tennis clinics, organized practice, permanent court time, and individual and group private instruction.
No other club can match ours when it comes to the quality, experience, and knowledge of our Personal Trainers. Our certified trainers have varying backgrounds in fitness, wellness, professional and collegian sports-specific training to the specialization that no other clubs can offer.
Our air-conditioned 8,000 sq. ft. gymnastics center features a 260 sq. ft. foam pit, balance beams, and tumbling areas. Our award-winning gymnastics teams compete locally and nationally.
Pickleball is a paddle sport that combines elements of badminton, tennis, and table tennis. Two or four players use solid paddles made of wood or composite materials to hit a perforated polymer ball, similar to a Wiffle Ball, over a net.
