Yoga to me is freedom. When you step on your mat you’re instantly reminded to stay present, no matter what you’re going through in life. There’s always an opportunity to start again and to come exactly as you are. What I love most (besides its sense of community) is that it helps you to become more compassionate and mindful and also builds this incredible confidence, strength, balance and awareness all within a judgment free zone. These things you can carry with you forever.
