Pilates Reformer Instructor
Sheridan believes if you take care of your body, your body will take care of you. She has a background in dance, personal training, yoga, Essentrics Dynamic Stretch, Mat Pilates and the Pilates Reformer.
Having been active in sports from a young age, coming from a big tennis family and being a dancer in college, she values the importance of having consistent flexibility and a fitness routine to maintain and improve the quality of one’s life and sport. She also enjoys playing tennis and credits the Pilates Reformer for helping her to maintain a high level of fitness and agility on the tennis court.
Sheridan loves teaching Pilates on the Reformer, helping others to move with greater ease, efficiency and prevent injury In both their daily tasks and sports.
