Director of Gymnastics
Dean Smarjesse has been with The Sports Club of West Bloomfield since the opening of the gymnastics center 20 years ago. Before that, he had coached with two other successful gymnastics programs giving him over 30 years of coaching experience. Over these years Dean has developed State, Regional, and National Individual Champions and Teams.
Dean currently is USA Gymnastics Safety Certified, USA Gymnastics Women’s / Men’s Pro-Member, Head Coach of West Bloomfield High School Varsity Gymnastics Team, and has cleared NCSI Background Check.
