Arlene Agree

Instructor

Arlene has been teaching Group Fitness classes for over 30 years. She holds several certifications in indoor cycling, TRX Suspension Training, Yoga for Backs and traditional aerobic classes. Currently she enjoys teaching a variety of classes, most recently she has added to her repertoire, "Postural Strength and Conditioning." While teaching a class Arlene's focus is on technique, aerobic heart rate training and good form in muscle group synchronization.
