Amy has been a fitness professional since 1999 when she first discovered her passion for helping others live a fit, healthy, sustainable lifestyle. She holds an NASM personal training certification and has worked with a variety of clients who need help attaining their goals. Amy is an energetic motivator who has developed the ability to understand her clients’ needs on a deeper level to promote consistency and self-confidence. She has experience working with groups both large and small as well as engaging one to one. Amy likes to approach her clients’ goals holistically incorporating strength, functional movement and nutrition into her plans.
Amy is an avid runner and triathlete who also loves weight training and yoga. She likes to blend her experiences with all facets of fitness into her sessions to help clients find variety and excitement in their workouts.
