the wonderful Kids Center and
the darling people that work inside. You run a tight ship,
and our children absolutely love it, which makes our workouts
pleasant and productive. I have never known a gym to accept
infants less than six months
of age and to change and cuddle them. Keep up the good

the latest variable resistance, plate-loaded and
free weight equipment, plus a spacious stretch area.

Over 50 hours of Group Exercise
classes are offered per week for all levels of fitness.
The Sports Club features a 1600 square foot state
of the art studio with a floating wood floor and
the latest in audio equipment. Members have access
to the best equipment for all types of classes.
The schedule contains a great variety of formats
that include Core strength on the ball, Cardio Blast,
Bosu, Strength & Stretch and Boot Camp.

The Sports
Club of Novi has 12 tennis courts. Eight are permanent
indoor courts and four are indoor (bubbled) in the
winter and outdoor in the summer. All twelve courts
are a medium speed hard court surface with excellent
lighting.

The Sports Club of Novi has
an eight-lane 25-meter lap pool that is available
in the winter (bubbled) and summer. We also have
two additional pools available for summer only.
One is a training pool with water depths of 18 inches
to 3 ft and the other is a water park pool with
water depth of 12 inches. In the summer, our lap
pool features a two-story high Wizard water slide
along with Aqua climbing walls for your enjoyment.
The Sports Club offers 20,000 square feet of deck
with chairs, umbrellas and a separate outdoor cage
area.

floating wood floor covered with safety designed
training mats. We provide kicking bags, punching
bags, and all the necessary tools to study
the arts.

800 sq. ft. Yoga Studio complete with heated wood
flooring, climate controlled environment and sound
proof construction. 28 weekly classes are lead
by some of the areas most qualified instructors.
Formats include Vinyasa, Healthy Back, Slow Flow

Sports Club has developed one of the largest Pilates
programs in any health club setting. Five certified
instructors train members of all levels in a specially
designed 750 sq. ft. Pilates studio that features
all the latest equipment.

Our well-equipped
kids center will safely entertain every child. Activities
include an indoor climbing structure, computer centers,
video television games, arts and crafts, and toys
galore. There's infant care for feeding and changing
a two-month old child while mom gets her first break
for a massage or workout.

Sports Club offers two beautiful sets of spacious
locker rooms designed to serve every customer. They
are safe and secure with granite counters and showers
enclosed in marble, full size custom wood lockers
and large TV screens. Beautifully maintained and
continually serviced. Our adult locker rooms provide
individual steam rooms, dry saunas and whirlpools
for men and women. There is a separate set of locker
rooms for kids. All locker rooms provide towels,
showers and individual lockers.
