Rob combines confidence, humor, playfulness and knowledge to create dynamic classes.  He has been teaching over 20 years, with over 19,000 classes taught. This wealth of experience shows.  He has studied numerous styles of yoga which he integrates into every class. Rob encourages students to explore new limits and build a confident yoga practice based on intuition, exploration and willingness.  Rob also teaches workshops on yoga anatomy and Yin Yoga to other teachers and students. Rob was chosen by Self magazine as teaching one of the best core strengthening classes in the country.
