Lisa's fitness journey began in 2006, after having three children in 19 months. She made a decision that she was no longer comfortable in her skin and was ready to make a drastic change. She quickly became passionate about exercising and living a healthy lifestyle. By 2008, Lisa had lost 100 lbs, and realized that her love of fitness could help motivate others to reach their goals. Lisa became certified in group fitness, indoor cycling, TRX, and personal training. She truly enjoys empowering people to push themselves and work to be their best. The energy she is able to create in her unique workouts makes for a powerful atmosphere that is fun and rewarding. She enjoys building relationships with her students and helping them learn to love fitness. Lisa strives to always learn and create effective, challenging, safe workouts for her students and clients. It is her mission to help people become the best version of themselves.
