Our emerge yoga schedule has a class for everyone. Our yoga staff has created a schedule that includes all aspects of mind, body, and spirit wellness. Your choices range from Hot Vinyasa to Slow Flow Vinyasa, Healthy Backs, Yin and everything that falls in-between. Our Hot Studio was the first in the area to feature FAR-infrared heating. The emerge studio features our Precision Barre classes for no extra charge!
Our Group Fitness schedule features the newest and most talked about class formats, Tabata, Zumba and TRX Suspension Training are just a few. We are also the only facility to still offer traditional choreographed low-impact aerobic classes, taught by instructors that are the most respected in the area.
Our Spinning program is getting ready for a big transformation! Our teachers are all Mad Dogg certified and passionate about teaching this format! Check back for big news!

Both of our yoga studios and Spin studio feature an UV light air sterilization system that you will notice as soon as you enter the room.
